Welcome to PLS. Premium Logistic Services. We’re headquartered in New Jersey, and we’ve been proudly servicing global customers since 2019. We’re a dynamic, asset-based logistics company dedicated to finding local solutions for a global marketplace. Our president, Russell Haji’s philosophy is to build a company big enough to offer customers the products and services they require, yet nimble enough to provide individualized care and attention. It’s what makes us unique and it’s why we have a 97% customer satisfaction score.

At the end of the day our job is this: Add value to every customer so they can delight their customers. It’s simple in concept but requires hiring the right people, precise planning, creativity, flexibility, and of course, flawless execution. The big 3PL companies want to sell a one-size fits all solution. They do it because it’s efficient for them and they enjoy economies of scale. Good for them, but not always good for you. Because life and especially the logistics business doesn’t always go as planned, it’s vital you have a partner available 24/7 ready to figure it out.

Our President

Russell Haji is a highly accomplished executive with a diverse background in international law and logistics. In 2001, Haji completed his post-graduate studies in international public law at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute, Lund University in Lund, Sweden. For the next 10 years, he worked as a consultant focusing on both business and political risks throughout the Middle East and Turkey. He also served as a lecturer at Moscow State University, Faculty of World Politics. In 2012, Haji earned his Master’s Degree in international private law from Moscow State Institute of International Relations. The next year he moved to the United States and has held a series of senior positions in the Logistics and transportation industries.

In 2019, he founded PLS Premium Logistics Services in New Jersey, where he currently serves as President. His reason for beginning PLS was simple: We can provide all the services of a big company but differentiate through offering customizable solutions that add value to our customers. Haji is fluent in several languages including English, Turkish, Arabic, Russian, and Persian. He is a father of two, an outdoor enthusiast, and a double black diamond aficionado.
